Accelerate Change

I’m optimistic that in 30 years, the wage and leadership gap between men and women will recede in a meaningful way. But 30 years is too long to wait. This is the start of a journey to accelerate change.

Time to Learn

I think there’s a place for a Weight Watchers-esque membership program for women at work; a combination of educational resources, networking opportunities, and mentoring to empower women to close the wage gap and to radically change the leadership ranks throughout the corporate world.

I think there’s a place for men to be part of the answer.

But I think a lot of things. To turn thoughts into actions, it’s time to listen and learn.

Listen to what is and isn’t working for women. Learn about the inequities. Celebrate the female focused organizations already doing incredible work in one or more of these areas: Education, Networking, and Mentoring.
